DUBAI: Pakistan secured a thrilling 44-run victory over India in the Under-19 Asia Cup, continuing their strong campaign in the tournament.
Batting first, Pakistan posted a challenging total of 281 runs for 7 wickets. Shahzaib Khan led the charge with an explosive 159 runs, which included an impressive 10 sixes. His exceptional knock anchored Pakistan’s innings and set a formidable target for India.
In response, India managed to score 237 runs, falling short by 44 runs. Pakistan’s bowlers were instrumental in the win, with Ali Raza taking three wickets, while Fahim and Subhan each claimed two wickets.
